ASAP Lock

The ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester facilitates easy handling during rope ascents. It moves freely along the rope, following the wearer in all of their movements. If a shock or sudden movement occurs, the fall arrester locks on the rope and halts the user. The integrated locking capability enables the wearer to reduce the potential fall distance by immobilizing the device while the connection arm enables the system to be drop-resistant while passing intermediate anchors.

The ASAP Lock is used with an ASAP’SORBER or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber to support work at a distance from the rope. It is certified for CE EN 12841 type A when used with an ASAP’SORBER or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber, and an EN 1891 type A, 10-13 mm rope.
